On Two Notions concerning the Structural Sentential Calculi

For any structural sentential calculus (L,C) and sentential language L, similar to L, we put Θo C = {C ′|C ′ is a structural consequence operation on Lo satisfying: A ∈ C(X) only if eA ∈ C ′(eX), all X ∪ {A} ⊆ L and e ∈ Hom(L,Lo)}. Let us recall the following Definition (R. Wójciciki, see III §in [4]). Let (L,C) be structural and Lo be a sentential language similar to L. The projection of (L,C) onto Lo is the sentential calculus (Lo, C|Lo), where C|Lo = infΘ Lo C . The reflection of (L,C) form Lo is (L,Lo|C) where Lo|C = infΘLC|Lo .

Using an automated deduction system, I show that Łukasiewicz's CN can be derived from Frege's Begriffsschrift, the first sentential calculus ; the proof appears to be novel.
